Dodo in a Kimono by Helen Trevisiol Duff

A hand finished print of an original artwork. The Dodo bird using the artist's imagination and humour combined with a vintage looking style of drawing. Enchanted by this extinct species Helen’s research goes back to the time of Charles Darwin. Her original paintings adorn the walls of The Dodo Micropub in Hanwell where she is resident artist and spends time with friends over a glass of something chilled.
She paints in watercolour and uses fine art giclée printing methods in her limited editions to produce finely detailed work. These prints are then carefully numbered and signed. They are embellished with subtle additions of metallic gold gouache and fine liner ink. Each piece is an edition of 100 prints and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Perfect for the contemporary home, they look good grouped together on a gallery style wall.
