A Bicycle Made For Two by Helen Trevisiol Duff

A playful hand embellished print of an original watercolour which was inspired by Edward Lear's poem The Owl and The pussycat. A poem written by Helen in a similar style was inspired by her local environment with reference to her favourite West London pubs, one called The Dodo the other called The Fox.
She started to imagine what would happen if a Dodo and Fox fell in love. What an unlikely scenario considering this early Mauritian Dodo is extinct. As an avid wildlife and nature lover Helen wanted to bring this creature back to life in a romantic tale of love and unity. Diversity and equality sing through in a body of work celebrating our differences and bringing together love and harmony within the relationship of these unlikely partners. Each piece has the poem attached to the back.
Works can be bought singly or together and make for the most striking Gallery wall framed by the purchaser as a gift to themselves or for a happy couple.
